Hello! I'm Teacher Cherry. I love dancing, drawing, organizing things, and, most of all, helping my learners improve their English skills. I have experience as an ELA tutor teaching U.S.-based students, as well as an ESL and Filipino tutor. Working with learners from different backgrounds has taught me how to adapt my teaching style to meet each student's unique needs. In my class, I believe that learning should be comfortable, relaxed, and fun. I create a positive and encouraging environment where students feel confident to ask questions, make mistakes, and express themselves. I enjoy using interactive activities, games, conversations, stories, and engaging exercises to make every lesson enjoyable and meaningful. I am a patient, friendly, and supportive teacher who believes that every student can succeed with the right guidance and encouragement. My goal is not only to help my learners improve their grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, reading, writing, and speaking skills but also to build their confidence in using English in everyday situations. I love celebrating my students' progress, whether it's learning a new word, reading more fluently, or speaking with greater confidence. Every achievement, big or small, is something to be proud of. I always strive to make learning enjoyable while helping my students reach their goals at their own pace.
